RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Goods ordered from The Thrifty Gentleman can be returned up to 60 days after delivery. During this period, you will be able to request a refund or exchange the product for another. If the allotted time has passed, unfortunately we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.
In order to keep your return rights, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it/them. The item(s) must not have been worn or used in any way. If the item is not in the same condition or is damaged, then we will not be able to issue a refund.
Shipping costs on returns or exchanges are not refunded.
To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received your item and it has been inspected, we will advise you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If we approve your return then a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
If approved, sale items will be refunded at the same value as when purchased.
Exchanges, where approved, will also be processed under the same conditions as above.
